5 minute lesson
Did you know that you can train yourself to have a better sense of smell? How amazing!
Your sense of smell has a strong tie to memory and emotion, so training a better nose may just help you build connections to a time and a place.
So what does this mean for us? Training your nose can transform the world that you live in; so that you can recognize small differences in your surroundings that you wouldn’t have noticed before! But even if smelling isn’t your strong suit, it’s incredible to think about how our senses have evolved to give us clues to what’s around us.
When we dwell on our surroundings, we are much more likely to appreciate them. We start to notice what makes each place unique and special.
